Details for «RISCOM Process»

The RISCOM process is based on an agreement, between stakeholders participating in the RISCOM reference group, with the aim to improve clarity and mutual understanding. The process contains certain specific tools, most notably the RISCOM hearing and structured dialogue with “meaningful levels of debate”. Besides the RISCOM hearing and the structured dialogue, a RISCOM process can include many other kinds of tools, such as working groups for preparing hearings and seminars for knowledge building. The RISCOM process has been called a “safe space” as the purpose is not to reach consensus and shared solutions but only to create clarity and understanding. Therefore, it should be possible for any potential stakeholders to take part in the process.
